Skills Workshops
What about my child's personal development? What role does it play?
Knowledge and interpersonal skills are the two pathways to fulfillment that we aim to offer our students. To achieve this, starting from the second year of the Bachelor's program, we have developed Skills Workshops that includes around fifty interdisciplinary workshops designed to:
- Develop managerial and relational skills such as communication, negotiation, leadership, etc.
- Build a professional project ;
- Develop creativity and the spirit of entrepreneurship ;
- Develop digital skills ;
- Develop a critical approach and a sense of ethics.
These are not academic courses but rather debates, individual or group projects, student presentations, visits, field immersion, individual contacts with professionals, multidisciplinary activities, and more.
